Acceptable Use Policy

1. Account integrity

You may not share your sign-in details, let anyone else use your account, create more than one account for yourself, create an account for someone else, impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation. You may not attempt to access another member's account, private data or administrative areas.

2. Protecting the curriculum

You may not download except where a download button is provided, record, screen-capture for redistribution, transcribe, scrape, crawl, mirror, archive or bulk-extract any lesson, video, prompt, template, Specialist GPT configuration, image or other material. You may not share, publish, sell, trade, give away or sublicense any material, including inside private groups or chats. You may not use any material, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, prompt-inject, distil or evaluate any machine learning model, or to build a competing course, membership, prompt library, GPT or AI product.

3. Prohibited content

You may not create, upload, post or share content on the Platform that:

is sexual or pornographic, or sexualizes a minor in any way, whether real, drawn or generated;

depicts a real, identifiable person in a fabricated situation, including deepfake imagery, cloned voices, fabricated statements or endorsements, without that person's documented consent;

harasses, threatens, degrades or incites hatred or violence against any person or group;

reveals anyone's private information, including addresses, phone numbers, financial details or private images;

infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights;

is deceptive, fraudulent, or designed to manipulate people into financial or personal harm;

promotes self-harm, dangerous activities or illegal acts;

contains malware, malicious links or code intended to damage or gain unauthorized access to any system;

is spam, chain content, unsolicited advertising, affiliate promotion or recruitment for other communities, products or services.

4. Platform security

You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform, bypass or attempt to bypass any access control, membership gate, rate limit or authentication, interfere with the service of any other user, use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the Platform except through interfaces we provide for that purpose, or introduce any code intended to disrupt the Platform.

5. Specialist GPTs and AI tools

Specialist GPTs and other AI tools available through the Platform are for your own creative and professional work. You may not use them to produce content prohibited by this policy, to attempt to extract their underlying instructions or configurations, to overwhelm them with automated requests, or in any way that breaches the terms of the third-party platform on which they run.

6. Commercial use

You are encouraged to sell the creative work you make using what you learn. You may not resell, license or offer the Platform's own materials, access to your account, or the outputs of the Specialist GPTs as a service that substitutes for membership.

7. Reporting misuse

If you see content or behaviour that breaks this policy, use the Report action on the item or write to us through the contact page. We investigate reports and act in proportion to the problem.

8. Enforcement

We decide, acting reasonably, whether this policy has been broken. Consequences range from content removal and warnings to suspension and permanent closure of the account without refund, and we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. We may also pursue legal remedies for unauthorized distribution of the curriculum.
