These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and SEVEN YUNO LLC, a California limited liability company operating as YUNO AI SOCIETY™ ("YUNO AI SOCIETY™", "we", "us"). They govern your use of yunoaisociety.com, YUNO AI SOCIETY™ Membership, THE HOUSE™ members' platform, and every course, prompt, tool, community space and service we provide (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to the Membership Terms, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright Policy, Content Removal Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, each of which forms part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Who may use the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to create an account. The Platform is designed for adults building creative and professional work with AI. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your sign-in details private, and for everything that happens under your account. Memberships are personal and belong to one individual. Sharing sign-in details, pooling an account between several people or reselling access is a breach of these Terms. Tell us at hello@yunoaisociety.com as soon as you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.
3. YUNO AI SOCIETY™ Membership
YUNO AI SOCIETY™ Membership is a paid subscription that opens THE HOUSE™, the members' platform: the curriculum, the libraries, the Model Directory, the plugins, Workflow Studio, the YUNO AI SOCIETY™ Community and member features. Prices, billing, renewal, cancellation and complimentary access are set out in the Membership Terms. Public pages of the site can be browsed without a membership.
4. What you may do with our materials
Every curriculum, lesson, video, prompt, template, workflow, plugin, image, film, persona, character, piece of music, piece of writing, design element and line of code on the Platform (the "Materials") belongs to SEVEN YUNO LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Lessons, prompts and pages we show to the public free of charge are Materials too, and the same restrictions apply to them.
While your membership is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Materials to learn and to create your own work. You may not copy, download, record, screenshot for redistribution, share, publish, sell, sublicense, translate, or make derivative teaching products from the Materials. You may not use the Materials, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine learning model, to build a competing course, membership, prompt library or AI product, or to feed any automated scraping or extraction tool. Plugins are licensed for use in your own AI accounts: you may not share, re-publish or resell a plugin, its instructions or its link. These restrictions survive the end of your membership.
The YUNO AI SOCIETY™ personas, including their names, faces, bodies, voices, likenesses, wardrobe, homes and storylines, are original creative works owned by SEVEN YUNO LLC. You may not reproduce them, use them as references for your own generations, build look-alikes of them, or present them as your own.
YUNO AI SOCIETY™, YUNO AI CINEMA™, THE HOUSE™, the titles of our series, courses and plugins, the names of our personas, and the other names, logos and marks used on the Platform are trademarks of SEVEN YUNO LLC, whether or not they carry a symbol. You may not use them without our written permission.
5. Work you create
SEVEN YUNO LLC claims no ownership of the work you make using what you learn here. You are free to publish, sell and license it. Prompts and templates from the lessons and libraries may be used as inputs for your own generations; the prompt text itself remains ours and may not be republished or sold as a prompt product.
Copyright law protects human authorship: under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, material generated entirely by an AI system is not protected by copyright, while your own creative selection, arrangement, editing and original contributions can be. AI tools can return outputs that are inaccurate, that resemble existing works, or that other people also receive from similar prompts. We do not guarantee that any output is original, exclusive, protectable or free of third-party rights. Review every output before you publish, sell or license it.
You are responsible for your own work, including following the terms of every AI tool you use and holding the consent of any real person whose name, face, voice or likeness appears in it.
7. Ideas and feedback
When you send us ideas, lesson requests, suggestions or feedback, you agree that we may use them freely, in any way, without payment, credit or any duty of confidentiality. We may already be developing similar material, and receiving your idea creates no obligation to you.
8. AI-generated content and personas
The Platform teaches and showcases work made with generative AI. Images, video, voices and characters on the Platform, including the YUNO AI SOCIETY™ personas and the stories of YUNO AI CINEMA™, are AI-generated creative works and fiction unless stated otherwise. They do not depict real people, any resemblance to a real person is coincidental, and no endorsement by any real person is implied. You agree not to present AI-generated material as a real event, real person or real endorsement, and not to generate content that imitates a real, identifiable person without that person's documented consent.
9. Third-party services and links
The Platform connects to services run by other companies, each under its own terms and privacy policy.
Stripe processes payments.
Skool hosts the YUNO AI SOCIETY™ Community.
The plugins run inside third-party AI apps such as ChatGPT and Claude, separate services that you use under your own accounts and their own terms.
Lessons, the Model Directory and the AI video model selector point to AI tools such as Higgsfield. Model facts and credit costs come from those companies' own published information, change often, and may be out of date when you read them. Check the tool's own page before you spend credits or money.
Some links are affiliate links, and each one carries a disclosure beside it, as the Affiliate Disclosure explains.
We choose these services carefully, and we may add, change or retire a plugin, tool, integration or lesson as the technology changes. Third-party services set their own terms, pricing, content rules, availability and account decisions, which we do not control, and we are not responsible for them or for what they generate. Your use of a third-party service is between you and that provider. A change to a third-party service, or its end, is not by itself a reason for a refund.
10. Community conduct
The YUNO AI SOCIETY™ Community exists to help members learn together. The Community Guidelines set the standard. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or close an account for behavior that breaches these Terms or the guidelines, and we may do so without notice where we judge that necessary to protect other members or the Platform.
11. Live sessions and recordings
When we hold live sessions, some are recorded so members can watch them later. Each recorded session says so in its event listing and at the start of the session. Joining a recorded session with your camera or microphone on means you agree to appear in the recording. To stay off the recording, keep your camera and microphone off and use the chat. Recordings are shared only with members. Members may record a live session, call or conversation with other members only with the consent of everyone taking part, as California law requires.
12. Payments and refunds
Payment terms, renewal, cancellation and our refund position are set out in the Membership Terms and the Refund Policy. Purchases are processed by our third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.
13. Changes to the Platform
The Platform grows and changes. We may add, change, rename, reorganize, suspend or retire any course, lesson, library, tool, plugin, room or feature at any time, and we may limit or interrupt access for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. The Membership Terms explain what happens to a prepaid plan if we ever discontinue the membership.
14. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@yunoaisociety.com from the address on your account. We confirm your request within 10 days and complete it within 45 days. To stop future membership charges, use the CANCEL MEMBERSHIP button on your Account page, as described in the Membership Terms. We may suspend access while we look into a suspected breach, and we may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Platform. On termination your license to the Materials ends, and sections 4 through 9 and 15 through 22 continue to apply.
15. Disclaimers
The Platform and Materials are provided for education and creative development, "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep them accurate and current, but generative AI moves quickly and we make no guarantee that any lesson, prompt, plugin, model card, tool or strategy will produce a particular result, income, audience, client or outcome for you. Work shown on the Platform, including Seven Yuno's own work, the personas and their series, illustrates the method; it is not a typical result or a promise of yours. Nothing on the Platform is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEVEN YUNO LLC, its owner, contractors and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, credits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform, the Materials, any third-party service or any AI output. Our total liability for any claim connected to the Platform is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or 50 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case these limits apply to the fullest extent the law allows, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEVEN YUNO LLC and its owner, contractors and licensors from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Member Content, your work, the outputs you generate, publish or sell, your use of third-party AI tools, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding you agree to email hello@yunoaisociety.com and give us thirty days to try to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court. We may also ask any court for an injunction to protect our intellectual property. Where the law allows, each of us waives the right to bring or participate in a class action.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform grows. When changes are material we will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date and, for members, send an email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Notices by email
You agree that we may send you notices, receipts, reminders and updated terms by email to the address on your account or on the Platform, and that these meet any requirement that a notice be in writing.
21. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as an outage at a hosting, payment or AI provider, a natural disaster, or an act of government.
22. General
These Terms, together with the documents they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Platform. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship. You may not assign this agreement; we may assign it to a successor of the business. Headings are for convenience only.
