Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy
1. What we own
Everything created by YUNO AI SOCIETY™ and published on yunoaisociety.com and inside THE HOUSE™ is the intellectual property of Seven Yuno LLC or its licensors. This includes the ten curricula and every module and lesson, the Prompt Vault and every prompt, template and workflow, the Specialist GPT configurations, the Creator Framework™, the AI Workflow Architecture resources, all photography, film, imagery, personas, characters, music and sound, and the writing, design, layout and code of the site. The names YUNO AI SOCIETY™, THE HOUSE™, the Creator Framework™, the YUNO Collection™, THE REBUILD™ and the other names and marks on the Platform are trademarks of Seven Yuno LLC, whether or not marked with a symbol.
The personas, characters and visual identities that appear across YUNO AI SOCIETY™ are original creative works. They are not real people. They may not be reproduced, adapted, used as a reference for generation, or used to imply association with or endorsement by YUNO AI SOCIETY™.
2. Your licence
Your membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the materials and use them to learn and to create your own work, as set out in the Terms of Service. It does not transfer ownership of anything to you. The licence ends when your membership ends, and the restrictions in this policy continue after that.
3. What you may not do
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publish, transmit, sell, license, transcribe, translate or create derivative works from any of our materials, in any medium, whether or not for money, except as expressly permitted. You may not use our materials to train, fine-tune or evaluate any AI model. You may not remove or alter any copyright notice, watermark, trademark or attribution. You may not use our trademarks in a domain name, product name, social handle, advertisement or course title, or in any way that suggests we endorse you or your work.
4. Work you create with what you learn
You own the creative work you make using the skills, prompts and workflows you learn here, and you are free to sell it, license it and build a business on it. Prompts from the Prompt Vault may be used as inputs to your own generation; the prompt text itself remains ours and may not be republished or sold as a prompt product. You are responsible for the rights in your own outputs, including for any third-party tool terms, and for obtaining consent from any real person whose name, face, voice or likeness you use.
5. Content you post
You keep ownership of the work you submit to the community, gallery and challenges. By posting it you grant us the licence described in the Terms of Service so we can host and display it on the Platform, and, where your work receives recognition, show it with credit in YUNO AI SOCIETY™ promotional material unless you tell us not to. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you post.
6. Reporting copyright infringement
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect members to do the same. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice through the contact page containing: a description of the copyrighted work; the location of the material you believe infringes it (a URL or page reference); your name, address, telephone number and email address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We will review the notice, remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate, and notify the member who posted it.
7. Counter-notice
If your content was removed after a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through the contact page containing: identification of the removed material and where it appeared; your name, address, telephone number and email address; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you live (or, if outside the United States, the courts of California) and that you will accept service from the person who filed the original notice; and your signature. We may restore the material after ten business days unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
8. Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property of others.
9. Reporting misuse of our materials
If you find YUNO AI SOCIETY™ curriculum, prompts, Specialist GPT configurations or imagery being shared or sold outside the Platform, please tell us through the contact page. We pursue unauthorized distribution.
Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page.
