1. What we own
Everything created by YUNO AI SOCIETY™ and published on yunoaisociety.com and inside THE HOUSE™ is the intellectual property of SEVEN YUNO LLC or its licensors. This includes every course, module and lesson, the libraries and every prompt, card, template and workflow, the plugins and their instructions, all photography, film, imagery, personas, characters, music and sound, and the writing, design, layout and code of the site. The names YUNO AI SOCIETY™, YUNO AI CINEMA™, THE HOUSE™, the titles of our series, courses and plugins, the names of our personas, and the other names and marks on the Platform are trademarks of SEVEN YUNO LLC, whether or not marked with a symbol.
The personas, characters and visual identities that appear across YUNO AI SOCIETY™ are original creative works. They are not real people. They may not be reproduced, adapted, used as a reference for generation, or used to imply association with or endorsement by YUNO AI SOCIETY™.
2. Your license
Your membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the materials and use them to learn and to create your own work, as set out in the Terms of Service. It does not transfer ownership of anything to you. The license ends when your membership ends, and the restrictions in this policy continue after that.
3. What you may not do
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publish, transmit, sell, license, transcribe, translate or create derivative works from any of our materials, in any medium, whether or not for money, except as expressly permitted. You may not use our materials to train, fine-tune or evaluate any AI model. You may not remove or alter any copyright notice, watermark, trademark or attribution. You may not use our trademarks in a domain name, product name, social handle, advertisement or course title, or in any way that suggests we endorse you or your work.
4. Work you create with what you learn
SEVEN YUNO LLC claims no ownership of the creative work you make using the skills, prompts and workflows you learn here, and you are free to sell it, license it and build a business on it. Copyright law protects human authorship: under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, material generated entirely by an AI system is not protected by copyright, while your own creative selection, arrangement, editing and original contributions can be. Prompts from the lessons and libraries may be used as inputs to your own generation; the prompt text itself remains ours and may not be republished or sold as a prompt product. You are responsible for the rights in your own outputs, including for any third-party tool terms, and for obtaining consent from any real person whose name, face, voice or likeness you use.
5. Content you post
You keep ownership of the work you offer for the showcase and post in the YUNO AI SOCIETY™ Community. By sharing it you grant us the license described in the Terms of Service. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you share.
6. Copyright notices (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect members to do the same. If you believe content on the Platform infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice by email to hello@yunoaisociety.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". This address receives copyright notices until we register a designated copyright agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, and we will list the agent here once registered.
Include:
1. A description of the copyrighted work.
2. The location of the material you believe infringes it, such as a link or page reference.
3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.
We remove or disable access to material identified in a valid notice promptly, and we tell the member who posted it.
For a post in the YUNO AI SOCIETY™ Community, you can also use Skool's own report option. A formal notice with the details above lets us act on it fully.
7. Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe that happened by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice by email to hello@yunoaisociety.com with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". Include:
1. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
2. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district where SEVEN YUNO LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.
We forward the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. We restore the material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice, unless that person first tells us they have filed a court action seeking to stop the member from posting the material.
8. Repeat infringers
We close the account of any member who receives three valid copyright notices within twelve months, and sooner in serious cases, without refund.
9. Reporting misuse of our materials
If you find YUNO AI SOCIETY™ curriculum, prompts, plugins or imagery being shared or sold outside the Platform, please email hello@yunoaisociety.com. We pursue unauthorized distribution.
