This policy explains how SEVEN YUNO LLC, operating as YUNO AI SOCIETY™ ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information on yunoaisociety.com and inside THE HOUSE™, the members' platform (together, the "Platform"). We are based in California, United States.
1. What we collect
Account. Your email address and password. Our authentication provider stores the password only in hashed form, so it is never visible to anyone, including us.
Profile. The name you choose to show in THE HOUSE™.
What you add. The persona notes, prompts and images you save in My Projects, which stay private to you, and any work you offer for display through the showcase, with the title and note you add and your consent to show it.
Requests and messages. What you write when you contact us, ask for a lesson with "What should I teach next?", make a privacy request, or ask us to remove content, with the email you sent it from.
Complimentary access. If you redeem a trial code, the code and the dates it covers. If Seven opens a founding seat for your email address, that address and the note she adds.
Learning activity. Lessons and courses completed, saved cards and prompts, the lessons you ask us to teach next, and records of activity inside THE HOUSE™ such as sign-ins and features used, so the Platform picks up where you left off.
Membership and payment. Your plan, billing status and renewal dates. Stripe collects and holds your card details on its own pages. We receive a customer reference and your plan and billing status from Stripe, and we do not store your card number or any part of it.
Your agreements. When you join, we record that you confirmed you are 18 or older and agreed to the Terms of Service, Membership Terms and Privacy Policy, and that you consented to automatic renewal. Each record holds the time, the plan, the exact wording you agreed to and the email address on your account.
Email lists. If you join a list, for example YUNO AI CINEMA™ premiere reminders, we keep your email address, which list you joined, and when.
Messages. What you write when you email us.
Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and pages requested, kept in our hosting providers' logs for security and to keep the service running. To stop automated abuse of our forms, we keep a one-way code made from your network address for up to a day; the address itself is not stored with it.
2. How we use it
We use personal information to run the Platform and your membership, save your progress, approve you into the YUNO AI SOCIETY™ Community, review showcase offers and requests, process payments, renewals and reminders, answer you, keep the Platform secure, prevent abuse, improve features, and meet legal duties. Marketing email goes only to people who opted in, and every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
3. Who receives it
We share personal information only with service providers that process it for us to run the Platform:
Lovable: website hosting.
Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage, hosted in the United States.
Stripe: payments, under Stripe's privacy policy.
Resend: sends our account and membership emails from mail.yunoaisociety.com.
Google Fonts: delivers the site's typefaces and receives your IP address to do so.
The plugins run inside third-party AI apps such as ChatGPT and Claude, separate services. When you use a plugin, you use that app under your own account and its own privacy policy, and we do not receive your conversations.
The YUNO AI SOCIETY™ Community runs on Skool, a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. When you join the group, Skool holds your Skool profile, posts and messages. You join with the email you choose, and Seven checks it against your membership; we send Skool nothing else about you.
The AI video model selector in THE HOUSE™ runs in your browser. The prompt you write and the files you add stay on your device and are never sent to us or to any AI service.
Higgsfield links on the Platform are affiliate links. When you click one, Higgsfield and its referral partner record that click under their own policies. We send Higgsfield no personal information.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect members' safety or our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
4. Who can see your content
Your projects, progress and requests are private to you, and Seven sees them only as the administrator running the Platform. A piece you offer for the showcase appears publicly only after Seven approves it, with the title you gave it. In the YUNO AI SOCIETY™ Community on Skool, other members of the group see your Skool profile and posts, under Skool's settings.
6. How long we keep it
Account and profile: while your account is open.
Learning history and projects: while your account is open, so your progress stays intact.
Showcase offers: until you withdraw them or close your account.
After you ask us to delete your account: we confirm your request within 10 days and delete or anonymize your personal information within 45 days. Backup copies held by our database provider are removed as those backups expire on their regular schedule.
Payment and tax records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Records of your agreement to the membership terms and automatic renewal: 3 years, or 1 year after your membership ends, whichever is longer, as California law requires. We keep these records even after an account is deleted.
Requests, messages and removal reports: as long as needed to answer them and keep the Platform safe.
Email list entries: until you unsubscribe.
7. Your choices and rights
Edit your profile at any time on your Account page.
Download a copy of your data at any time with the DOWNLOAD MY DATA button on your Account page. It gives you one JSON file with your profile, membership, consents, lesson progress, saved items, projects, showcase offers and requests.
To correct your information, delete your data, close your account or withdraw a consent, email hello@yunoaisociety.com from the address on your account. We confirm your request within 10 days and complete it within 45 days.
To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
An authorized agent may make a request for you with your written permission.
We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live, and we never treat you differently for making one.
Members in the EEA or UK may also complain to their local data protection authority.
8. Legal bases (EEA and UK)
We process information to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the Platform, to comply with law, and with your consent for marketing email.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage, row-level access rules so each member reaches only their own private data, and owner-only administrative access. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we notify you as the law requires. Use a strong, unique password, and tell us right away if you suspect a problem.
10. Children
The Platform is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we close accounts we learn belong to minors.
11. International users
Our providers operate in the United States, and information is processed there.
12. Changes
We post every change here with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we email members before they take effect.
