Canceling
Cancel any monthly or yearly membership at any time with the CANCEL MEMBERSHIP button on your Account page, or by emailing hello@yunoaisociety.com with the subject line "Cancel." Canceling stops all future charges. Your access continues through the period you already paid for.
Refunds
Membership opens the complete digital library the moment you join, so payments for partial periods, unused time or lessons not yet taken are non-refundable.
We refund in full: duplicate charges and billing errors; a period when a fault on our side kept you out of THE HOUSE™; and the unused portion of a prepaid yearly plan if we discontinue the membership.
How to ask
Email hello@yunoaisociety.com within 14 days of the charge, from the address on your account, with the charge date and a short description. We reply within five business days, and approved refunds return to the original card within the time your bank takes to post them.
Rights that consumer law in your location gives you, and that cannot be limited, always apply.
